Welcome to General Psychology!  I am so excited to be teaching this course!!  This course was recently approved by Central Christian College to be a dual credit course.  With that in mind, we will be working with two textbooks this year.  The first one is Psychology: A Christian Perspective and Exploring Psychology in Modules.  Please purchase a copy of the Psychology: A Christian Perspective by Dr. Tim Rice.  The book can be found on most book-purchasing websites (I purchased mine through Christianbook.com).  The second text will be lent to us by the staff at Central Christian College.  Thanks, CCC! 

The course will be an overview.  We will study the key components of such topics as motivation, emotion, perception, disorder, and treatment.  Please see the course syllabus for more information regarding the specifics of assignments, grading, and expectations.
